Dust & Surfaces
Detailed dust removal from reachable horizontal surfaces, trim, doors, fixtures, ledges, and other finished areas.
The Final Step Before Move-In
Construction may be finished, but fine dust and residue can remain throughout the property. We provide final and detail cleaning to prepare completed homes and smaller commercial spaces for occupancy, turnover, or presentation.
A Detailed Finish
Each project is quoted according to its size, condition, and readiness. The exact scope is confirmed before work begins.
Detailed dust removal from reachable horizontal surfaces, trim, doors, fixtures, ledges, and other finished areas.
Cleaning inside and outside empty cabinets, plus detailed attention to completed kitchens, bathrooms, and living or work areas.
Vacuuming and mopping appropriate finished floors so the completed property is ready for occupancy or presentation.
Scope note: This service is final/detail cleaning after construction work is complete. It does not include heavy construction debris removal, hazardous materials, or contractor punch-list work.
Good Project Fits
Before We Arrive
Construction work should be complete, contractors should be finished in the cleaning area, and large debris and tools should be removed. Utilities and safe access must be available.
Because construction dust can settle after it is disturbed, some projects may benefit from more than one phase or a follow-up visit. We’ll discuss that during the estimate if the condition of the property calls for it.
Plan the Final Step
Tell us the location, property type, approximate size, construction status, and target occupancy date.
We review the condition and agree on exactly what will be cleaned before providing the estimate.
Once construction is complete and the site is ready, we perform the agreed detail cleaning.
